The management of Development Agency of Lemnos S.A. (AN.E.L. S.A.) aims for the complete satisfaction of its customers, through systematic monitoring and meeting both their requirements and expectations. The term "customers" refers to the shareholders of the company, the local government entities and their associations, the decentralized state administration, the Assigning Authorities of the Managed European Programs, and the End Recipients.

ANEL S.A. operates along the following two main axes:

1. Technical Support to First and Second Degree Local Government and the wider Public Sector.
2. Management of European Programs addressing Public bodies and Individuals.

The company's objectives are:

- Supporting the developmental path of the Lemnos Province, through the implementation of actions that substantially promote local development with an emphasis on promoting innovative projects.
- Comprehensive support of customers in a wide range of services to achieve the best possible results in project management.
- Continuous improvement at all levels of internal operations and service management.
- Systematic monitoring and strict adherence to the legislative framework and other regulatory requirements associated with the provided services.
- Strict adherence to contractual commitments with customers, partners, staff, and suppliers.
- Continuous improvement of performance according to the defined objectives.

These objectives presuppose:

- Proper organization and operation of all company departments.
- Selection of capable executives, partners, and suppliers.
- Systematic training of personnel.
- Continuous vigilance regarding new data in the fields of provided services.
- Implementation of regular internal controls to ensure the fulfillment of requirements.

These objectives are implemented through the application of a Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, including applicable regulatory requirements and current legislation, in all areas of ANEL S.A.'s activities, in the implementation and management of national-European programs, provision of technical consulting services, and the preparation of studies.
